City of Celina Road Closure (Parvin Road)

Starting Monday Sept 18th Parvin Road from Smiley to Legacy drive will be closed to thru traffic as the contractor will begin mobilizing for paving activities. Access will be provided to property owners along the close section of Parvin Road, and the area will be patrolled for use by PD. Attached is the traffic control plan with detour and below is a snip on the affected area. The closure is estimated to last 4 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience but look forward to a smoother, safer Parvin Road!
