The Winn Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been re-scheduled due to technical difficulties for Monday, September 25th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the updated notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.winnridgehoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Election Meeting Materials” tab.
If you have previously submitted a ballot, we appreciate your participation and ask that you resubmit the updated ballot for the election. Only the updated ballot will be accepted for the upcoming election.
Please Note: Floor Nominations or Write-in Candidates will not be accepted for this virtual meeting. No online voting, ballots, or proxies will be accepted after the deadline date mentioned below.

Please be sure if mailing in your Ballot or Proxy you allow plenty of time for it to reach us.
If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Sunday, September 24, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.
